General Terms and Conditions (GTCs) for Calisthenics Classes Santos

 

All services provided by Calisthenics Classes Lucerne are subject to these terms and conditions without restriction, unless they have been modified or extended by written agreement.

 

1 General

1.1 Calisthenics Classes last 1 hour each. A buffer time of approx. 5 minutes should be planned before and after the class.

 

1.2 The workout program includes two 30-minute online calls.

 

1.3 The workout program will be provided within the agreed period between the customer and Calisthenics Classes Santos after receipt of payment.

 

1.4 Online coaching offers the possibility to upload videos of the training. Calisthenics Classes Santos will provide customers with individual workouts and weekly feedback. We are also available via e-mail or WhatsApp for questions about the training. 

 

2 Prices and terms of payment

2.1 All services available on the website must be paid for in advance. The prices quoted are exclusive of value added tax (VAT). After consultation with Calisthenics Classes Santos, the payment conditions can be viewed individually.

 

2.2 Cancellations of classes or other services must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
